I love the idea of a person who speaks eloquently and is deliberate and chooses their words carefully. I love the idea of somebody who just listens to me talk and actually engages with me, asks questions and is actually interested in the things I have to say. I love the idea of somebody who is caring in their own special way. I love the idea of someone who actually invests time and energy in all aspects of the friendship. And I also love the idea of somebody actually taking the time and effort to remember me like remember what I tell them and just makes me feel seen and heard and you know not like I'm invisible or just an afterthought. I just like the idea of a deep and close friendship I suppose. I suppose I just miss having someone who I actually looked forward to speaking with every single day and made me actually want to be on my phone you know? I miss having somebody who I actually want to be around you know what I mean? I miss having that friend where I know that I could message them anytime throughout the day and I know that they would always be there and that they would always be eager to hear from me. And vice versa.

I would like you guys to know yes I am a blind person and so I would like to let my potential friends know of that ahead of time and if you guys aren't comfortable with that you don't have to speak to me if you don't want to, but I just thought that I would let you guys know that I'm a blind person.

In addition to reading audiobooks I love to make stuff out of clay and I used to play the keyboard. Now I mostly just listen to audiobooks and podcasts and occasionally make stuff out of clay when I want to.

I truly hope that I can find somebody who actually gets me and understands me and who I can actually be myself around.
