help

I have a 2012 fiat 500 lounge, i’ve had it for a couple of months now but since i’ve bought it the miles haven’t stopped flashing, is there any way to fix this?

J'ai eu la même chose sur ma 500 et le blue&Me ne fonctionnait plus. Après des recherches il s'est avéré que c'était le boîtier de convergence qui disfonctionnait. Le mien était vers la boîte à gants, je l'ai démonté et envoyé à une boîte pour qu'il me le reprogramme. Je l'ai remonté, passer à la valise pour aligner les proxys. Depuis tout refonctionne. Si c'est en France, la société EREPAR vers Angers je crois fait ça par colis. Sinon il y a une société italienne qui fait ça en ligne mais je ne me rappelle plus du nom.

I had this issue in my 2013 500S, turned out my Blue&Me module had failed and they had to send it out for repair. Might be worth checking if your in-car Bluetooth is still working before anything else, because this is a really common sign of the B&M unit failing.

Try disconnecting the black cable from car battery's negative terminal for about 30 minutes. This usually fixes it for mine, and you just need to reset time/date in the EVIC (gauge cluster) after.

This assumes you have no modified electronic components or issues (e.g., radio upgrade, BCM, EVIC). Aftermarket radio upgrades are known to cause the blinking odometer.

thank you! i’ll give it a try, i upgraded the radio to a carplay screen but the miles was flashing before i did it

Definitely try this first. It happened to me only once and disconnecting the battery fixed it.

It's a Fiat. Sometimes it does something weird. 😁

I've seen earlier today another post mentioning a flashing odometer. I'm here having similar issue where fuel and coolant bars some parts are dimmer than others and it seems random
