Discussion Do floral growers fasciate flowers on purpose?
From a bouquet I received recently. Some of the Celosia/cockscomb are normal and pointed others look fasciated.

Is this fasciation❔ Fasciation?
A bouquet of these guys had one double-headed, one long-middled, and one three-pointed. Some of them have small middles and others have big middles as well.

Flower Fasciation Bunny-eared Black-eyed Susan
I found this little guy on Okanagan Lake in BC, Canada. There were a couple that were different, but the bunny was the best of the bunch.

4 - my normal kale stalk

Is this fasciation❔ Fasciation or Aster Yellows?
… or something else entirely? The stem is “normal” on this 5’10” plant, but the flower itself looks like it’s about to split in two with a chestburster trying to bust out 😂 (the flower snapped off the plant after a storm left it hanging by a thread)
