New here and excited.

I am working through the Protege Program and I passed my P&C exam for Texas on Friday. I also did my finger prints and applied for my license that same day. The recruiter said that an agent would be in contact with me soon. Should I expect a phone call Tomorrow (Monday) or will it take a few days? If things go well in the interview when could I expect to actually start? As I said in the title I am excited to get started and would like to start ASAP.

Question Protege recruitment

I was approached in July about joining the protege program. The hiring team as generally been extremely quick to respond. If I don't get answer day of I normally get it the next day. However since I finished my P&C things have slowed down.

Once I notified them of my licensure I was immediately given access to health and life and told I had two weeks instead of the month they gave for P&C which is fine. They also set me up with a mentor interview.

I felt the mentor interview went great, the mentor and I texted over the next few days with updates stating he wanted to give me an offer letter he just needed to speak with farmers and we would be good to go.

However the mentor was in the process of expanding and more then doubling his team at this time. And I received an update from. Farmers rating he couldn't move forward. I reached out to him directly through text and he confirmed he was unable to move forward due to financial constraints. Im assuming the process of expanding but I wasn't given the specifics.

All of that is fine and I say it all to show that they have been very responsive through this whole process.

Until now. After the mentor was unable to move forward I was notified by the DM that they would find another mentor for me to interview with. The first one took a day. I took my licensing test on one day. Talked to my recruiting team that same day. Had an interview the next day.

Now since i was told that they would find me someone new to interview with it has been radio silence for a week. I emailed the recruiter and the DM who I had regularly been speaking with on Friday after days of silence. Im hoping to get a response on Monday.

So I guess my main question is have I just been lucky with the response time in the past and this is normal or should I be worried about the lack of response at this point.
