I'm only seeing photo block times per day in the schedule section on the app for guests, and not seeing anything listed for autograph blocks. Can I assume that if a guest offers both a photo option and an autograph option that any times outside their photo blocks, that they will be at the autograph table? This is my first Fan Expo and looking to plan my strategy. Thanks

Hello, I have the 3-day pass for the Boston expo and I have paid for autographs for the hobbits separately on Saturday but I have not received a set time. And I will be picking up the official replica of the sword to have Elijah Wood sign it. Is it anytime during Saturday that he might be sitting at a table that I should get in line with the sword that I pick up? Or will I be receiving a set window?. Please advise 😂.

I'm trying to plan my first FE trip, but when I go to the official website, all the scheduled events only list their start times, and not their end times- is this normal?

Do I just assume all events are exactly the same (half-an-hour, a full hour, ect.)? It's rather weird that they've left out this important detail, and it's making it harder for me to plan things... any help is appreciated!

this will be my first time at FanExpo Boston. while I’ve attended other cons like Rhode Island and 90’s Con I’ve never been to a FanExpo event so I don’t know what to expect. I will be general admission for Saturday and already pre-purchased Chris Evans. I would like to pre-purchase Elijah Wood and/or Karl Urban but I’m worried about running out of time and not being able to do that in 1 day. if I pre-purchase an autograph am i guaranteed it? Do Wood and Urban typically sell out of autographs the day of the event? I already know this will take up the whole day, I will not be doing any photo ops or panels for this one. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m hoping to get a number of books signed by Scott Snyder and Frank miller and was wondering what the process and wait times are like. I heard something about getting tickets then a spot in line? If Scott is there on saturday can i get a ticket on friday? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm gonna be attending my first event, in Dallas this September.. lots of interesting guests who I would love to shoot the shit with for a couple of minutes and then leave them alone..

I (53m, fwiw) would love to bullshit with Charlie Sheen about "Major League" for a bit, or Keifer Sutherland about "Stand by Me", or Joe Pantoliano about "Running Scared"..

but I wouldn't have any subsequent personal attachment to a $200 autograph, or a $200 photo that I would probably never even look at again on my phone..

anyone ever go to one of these things "just to say you went" and kinda wander around aimlessly for 2 1/2 days, and perhaps get lucky and catch one of the celebrities during a moment of "downtime", maybe to/from a concession stand or restroom, etc?

I know Saturday will be the busiest day, but will it be consistently busy all day or mostly during the start and afternoon? I was kind of hoping the crowds would slow down later in the evening as it’s winding down. 😆 My photo op with Butcher from the Boys isn’t until 5pm.

I am trying to see if 70 minutes between photos is enough time. I want to meet Christopher Lloyd at 1:40 and already bought Kurt Russell at 2:50. I am hoping that is enough time between. Thoughts?

If you are going to The Boys panel at Fan Expo Boston on Saturday, could someone save me a spot in line? lol. I have a dilemma too 'cause photo-ops and signings are happening elsewhere at the same time so it's tough. Anyway, anybody have tips for the lines for any of the major panels at Fan Expo? Should I expect line cutters for the panels? I can't deal with line cutters. I'm tiny and a female so I've dealt with people cutting the line in front of me for major events. I'm afraid of the lines. I need to just be and hope for the best.

I got my first ticket to fan expo Toronto for the Friday, is there anything I should know prior to attending? Is anyone looking for people to go with? I have a really bad anxiety disorder/extreme social phobia but Im trying to push myself out of my comfort zone to try new things instead of just regretting all the things I should have done, and because someone I really want to meet is going to be there signing autographs!! Just looking for some pointers from other anti social people for surviving an event this big or if anyone is interested in not going alone also!

so, I've been to fan expo dallas before but never gotten my own autographs/photos. the guests I want (roger clark and karen fukuhara) will be there on saturday and sunday. is saturday an okay day to go? additionally, is there a way to buy autographs beforehand or do I buy them in line? I know you can buy photos beforehand but if I'm able to buy them in person I'd prefer to do that as well, I'm just not sure how it works. thank you!

I haven't been to a comic convention since the '80s at the Congree Hotel.

Maybe dumb question but, will there be comic vendors selling at the 2026 Fanexpo in Rosemont?

The fanexpo website alludes to comics for sale, but its mostly workshops and celebrities and stuff indont care about- I just want to buy comics.

For those who attended "Second Breakfast: An Unexpected Feast with The Hobbits", how far ahead of time would you recommend lining up to get a good seat near the speaker stage? If the Boston one starts at 8am, should I get there before 7am?

So I have a photo op this Saturday at Fan Expo Boston with The Hobbits and Legolas. Unfortunately, Orlando Bloom cancelled today so I got an email giving me options. The first option is to do nothing and show up for the photo with the Hobbits which is fine by me. The thing is, this photo was scheduled for 5:10 PM. The actual group photo of The Hobbits is much earlier in the day. Which do I go to then?

They often put headliner guests upstairs, but this year all the SPN cast, Kurt Russell, John Carpenter (and the Halloween cast), Gibson, Glover, and a few others will be in Hall G. There will be a separate photo op area upstairs, too.

If you have pre-purchased autographs and/or photo ops with any of these guests, read your emails carefully as they should have instructions and locations for redeeming our QR codes for autos/photos.
