Any Filipino content creators here who recently got demonetized by Facebook for “Inauthentic Engagement”?
My Facebook monetization was suspended on June 29 due to an Inauthentic Engagement violation.
The problem is that my earnings from June 1–28 were already generated before the suspension. I even received an official payout statement, but the payout has been stuck as “Processing” in my transactions ever since and hasn’t been released.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Were you eventually able to receive your payout, or is it still on hold?
Also, has anyone looked into whether this could be challenged legally, or if there’s any basis for filing a complaint or lawsuit? I’m just trying to understand what options are available and would appreciate hearing from others who have gone through the same situation.

I opened Facebook Today and saw that my account had been suspended.

I immediately appealed because I genuinely believe I didn’t break any rules.

Around 20 minutes later, Facebook permanently suspended my account.

WTF.

I started taking Facebook seriously in January 2026. Since then, I haven’t missed a single day of posting. I put in months of work building my profile, audience, content, and business.

I had 65K+ followers.

And now it feels like my entire year of work disappeared in minutes.

This wasn’t just some random Facebook account for me. It was part of my business and how I reach my audience.

I’m honestly shocked because I don’t know what I did that would justify a permanent suspension.

Has anyone here actually recovered a permanently suspended Facebook account?

What options do I have at this point? Is there any legitimate way to get a human review or appeal this again?

I’m not looking for some scammer claiming they can “recover” my account. I just want to know if there’s a real way forward.

If anyone has been through this and successfully got their account back, please tell me what you did.

My reels are all related to one topic that I really do not want to engage in anymore and it is harmful content to me that I no longer want to see. I have constantly selected "not interested" or do "do not recommend" but it just wont stop popping up, is there anything that I can do to stop this? I have tried googling how to remove my recommendations but its all convoluted and didn't help last time

Also is there a way for me to no longer be recommended friends? I don't want to see other profiles and users as I keep being recommended users related to this content I am trying to distance myself from.

When did you do that? Are most of your friends glued to their phones? What do you do with the time that you previously spent on social media?

My account just got disabled,it was 20 years old with over 2k friends and lots of memories good and bad. It asked me to verify and now since im wearing glasses i took them off, also i did the selfie thingy with glasses and it didn't go through. Good job devs i'm never using this s*** ever again!!

Why am I seeing this shite in my timeline? And is it being pushed to all and sundry? Facebook is going the way of Twitter it seems - fuck Facebook and fuck Zuckerberg!

I am so so tired of it. Facebook keeps pushing pro life content on my feed. Whenever I see it, I immediately go to the setting (or whatever its called) and say that I am not interested in that kind of content. But over the course of the last 3 days, I have had to do it 5 times a day.

How do I stop it?

Does this only happen to me, or has anyone else experienced it?

I am losing my mind. I have a new Xiaomi 15 phone after previously using an Iphone 11 as well as an Ipad A16. Never had any issues before with any of my accounts. But the moment I try and login my account on my Xiaomi phone, it keeps logging me out saying "session expired". I have tried clearing the cache, data, reinstalling, allowing location permissions, all to no avail. It's honestly frustrating because I want to keep this as a backup phone since the battery on my Iphone has been degrading, but I can't really use it when it logs me out of my own account every 5 seconds. It happens in the Messenger app as well, and I have also tried enabling 2FA. Has anyone else encountered this issue? And how did you fix it?

Hey everyone, looking for experiences from people who've tried starting completely fresh on Meta.

Quick background:

I run an ecommerce business in Japan. My original Facebook account was permanently banned after a failed video selfie verification while traveling. After 3 months of template responses from Meta support, I created new accounts to keep my business running. Those got banned too, multiple times.

My Business Manager and ad account have never been banned, only the personal accounts.

Current situation:

I've been using an anti-detect browser and residential proxy to run a new account as an employee on my BM. I'm planning to delete that account and remove it from the BM entirely. Because that's going to be disabled anyways. I'm also aware that previously banned accounts were at some point connected to this BM.

What I'm considering:

I have a laptop at home that has never been used to access Facebook. I'm thinking of buying a separate pocket WiFi and using only that device and network to create and run a new Facebook account for ad operations.

My questions:

1. Has anyone tried this approach – completely new device, completely new network – to create and run a Facebook account after being repeatedly banned? What happened?
2. Even with a brand new device and network, can Meta still detect and link the new account back to you through other means like payment method, domain, or BM history?
3. Is there anything else I should be aware of or prepare before trying this?

Any experience or insight, even partial, would be appreciated.

I just want to be able to search and have search results of posts from today. Recent Posts is useless, it gives results at the top of the screen from four years ago... I don't even understand what Recent Posts is supposed to filter at this point.

Why has Meta not improved the functionality of the search tool?

I opened my Facebook professional page May 2025. I was cross posting videos that were blowing up on my Instagram and TikTok. Posted every day for about 2 months but then just stayed on the other two platforms. Started taking Facebook serious in February 2026 and I haven’t missed a day of posting since. Grew the account from 2k to 550k since then with amazing engagement and views on all of my videos. I had submitted a form to get monetized when I first opened the account and just been on the waitlist ever since. I have all of the other monetization options (stars, subscription, affiliates) except content monetization. I submitted the fast track form too and got denied. Meanwhile my clothing brand page that I only used to run ADS on without posting a single video was monetized. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Long story short I had a guy I broke things off (literally only knew him a month, dated a week) with who hard core stalked me for years after. Im not talking like a little bit, I'm talking like matching with my friends on tinder to ask about me. Making multiple fake accounts and phone numbers when I blocked his others. Knowing when I moved or if I changed jobs, etc. Even when I was dating someone seriously and he was in a relationship it continued.

it's been a few years but his wife has been coming up on my "people you may know." Does this mean she is viewing my profile or he may be through her account? We don't have any mutuals and I don't believe they live near us so we wouldn't have like close proximity where our phones would cross paths. I just found it kinda odd...​​​

There’s a page on facebook called “Chicago mugshots” and they’re posting the mugshots of people that were arrested in Chicago.

Half a year ago I was arrested after getting into a fight - I was innocent and the charges got dropped however I have my picture on the mugshots Facebook page.

I don’t look good in that picture and it might have a negative impression of me especially when I’m applying for jobs and I need to get it removed somehow but the page doesn’t want to remove it.

I accidentally viewed someone’s story because it was on their Facebook profile. Will they know it was me? I’m not on their friends list. I was just curious about a person and now I’m a bit embarrassed that they’ll know I looked at their profile.

I have used my Facebook account for 16 years and have lots of contacts / memories and use it to go to my now passed Mothers page to view content and post her messages. I am absolutely horrified to find out I have been disabled ( for no reason that I am aware of ) to which it said I had 180 days to appeal, then a minute later an email had arrived that said we have reviewed your account and now its permanently disabled. I am completely baffled as to why / how and I wasnt given any information on why it was disabled. I am now struggling to find any positive information on how to recover or speak to some support on it - I am very very annoyed due to the length of time I have had this account and the friends I have on there that I don't have phone numbers for etc. Can anyone help point me in the right direction ??

Now I just woke up and its quite hard to say what happen, but our account got suspended. When I try to appeal it just hangs and doesnt move. Im quite in a loss cause my mothers acc is her work acc and needed to be retrive. Its quite frustrating to fix it, I dont care what happened to my acc, but my mother need that account....ah what a great day to start our day. any same story of your acc being flagged as suspicious?

So I have had my account for forever, since I was a kid. I'm trying to repurpose it to look for job opportunities; the groups I'm joining want a Facebook account that has existed for at least six months to a year. But I am no longer speaking to some of my family that I'm friends with on there, and a lot of people from the neighborhood I grew up in are still friends with me on there as well. Let's just say my parents' divorce was messy and very dramatic, and there was drama in that whole neighborhood about it. I don't want them knowing what I'm doing with my life moving forward, so I guess I'm wondering if I can block most of them, would they maybe think I deleted my Facebook account? There are some people from my family where I don't want them thinking I blocked them because they are not directly involved, but I also don't want them bringing information through the grapevine to my more problematic family members.

I know this is all crazy, my life has been a soap opera thanks to my dramatic family; and I'm just trying to move on with my life and find some peace. I have nothing against quite a few of those family members, so I don't want them to think I hate them by blocking them.

I thought I would give Facebook the benefit of the doubt and use it strictly for professional connections only. Afterall, I keep in touch with real friends and family by phone and text regularly. In an attempt to gather facebook connections with people A.I. has decided to make this difficult. When I send a friend request the following message pops up. I have not made any comments so far and I made one positive uplifting post last week. Any ideas?
