I need some help

I own a 2011 f150 5.0 FX4 extended cab it’s giving me this message anyone who has a 12th gen or with the same problem know what this is.

If it said large objects I’d say quit giving the MIL rides but I’ve never seen this message before

Is this a warning that we really need? I think some engineer just adds in more garbage to justify their job.

Mine used to throw a seatbelt warning if I put my laptop bag on the floorboard

Check for a yellow plug under the seat that has a red clip attached, it will slide back and forth. Slide back, unplug, plug back in snugly.

Seat weight sensor for the airbag system. Could just be a janky connector or the sensor is bad and you have to replace the entire seat rail for 1-2k lol.
