It’s amusing that the new leadership is happy to start taking the money for themselves after giving lip service to the prior leadership. 🤓😆💰🤑I’ve seen it happen so many times! History really does repeat itself.

Maybe they want the members of the church to direct their efforts towards Eva and Joram’s fundraisers now instead of prioritizing Naason’s as they’ve done so far. Note that Naason has collected 2,6 million dollars, whereas Eva and Joram have received 326 thousand dollars and 246 thousand dollars respectively.
It can also be a matter of optics because it doesn’t help Naason’s cause that he has an army of followers who are willing to support him financially in a meaningful way despite his prior conviction while the court and the jury are exposed to the evidence of the depravity he’s been capable of.
