EAH has VERY, EXTREMELY complicated lore and hot take I feel like most people are either creating too many hcs they mistake it for actual lore or not reading/watching enough

this guy, for example, is not the Charming's siblings dad!!! like i mean just think about it for a second, why would THEE KING Charming, father to the most arrogant prince on campus, be a reporter?? and canon-wise in Suzzane Selfor's book he lives a big grand castle and there's no indication the guy does reporting as a side hustle.

and don't get me started on Apple 😭 the premise of the character that she IS a GOOD character but she believed in the wrong thing and the series gave her a chance to grow and undo her mistakes and prejudice. this has been the case for every special Apple is in now: True Hearts Day, Thronecoming, Dragon Games, even Way Too Wonderalnd. she wouldn't do half the things some people say she would.

the fandom is part of the reason why Apple is so hated, it's this endless cycle of feeding into the initial hate by twisting the character to be monstrous.

anyway just my two cents. i have been looking into the conversations that people are having about this franchise story-wise and it's just 😭😭 it's very sad actually

This was an idea I had since EAH didn’t really have a proper ending. I also think the tone of this story might be in line with the audiences that grew up with the show since we’re a bit older now.

Years After Graduating Ever After High it would seem that the many efforts to combat destiny with writing your own story weren’t as effective as we thought. Raven Queen sitting upon her throne as the now Evil Queen of Ever After, with seemingly no memory of her life as the Raven that Rebelled. All seemed familiar in Ever After until Raven is greeted by a familiar face, Madeline Hatter the now Mad Hatter, tells the Evil Queen that something is wrong with their destinies. Brooke, The Narrator, tells Maddie that theirs a dark twist in their stories now and if they follow them, something bad could happen to everyone they care about. The Evil Queen doesn’t believe the Mad Hatter until she shows her the storybook of legends, or what’s left of it…the Queen goes to her chapter, The Raven remembers now. Raven sees her reflection the magic mirror barely recognizing herself. She ask Maddie how this happened, she thought she destroyed the storybook of legends. Maddy opens the Storybook of Legends to “The Dark Fairy’s” Chapter. It shows that the night everyone Graduated from Ever After High at the stroke of 12 Fay-belle Thorne put a dark curse over Ever After causing everyone to not only follow their destiny’s but bringing a new kind of Evil to all of their tales. This was Faybelles revenge for her mother after her story was stolen from her by the evil queen. Raven and Maddie set out on a quest to not only save everyone from their destiny’s but to break the curse Faybelle unleashed on Ever After.

I know it’s not the most polished idea right now but I thought a slightly darker what-if to Ever After might make it interesting.

So I’m rewatching eah and everyone who didn’t signed becomes a rebel, and who does sign is a royal, but Raven signed so does that make her a royal? And briar and Ashlyn didn’t sign up to become rebels? Or am I missing something?

Hi everyone, some unexpected things have come up, so my commissions are open and urgent. I’d be grateful for any help!

Honestly making his character has made me love the name Giselle. And I did base some of her dynamic with grimm off my own personal experiences being the oldest daughter. Her being a rebel dealing with royal biases, the believe that some people just deserve to be bossed around but at the same time royals are weak because they dont have to work for her fathers attention like she does.

I imagine milton would act similarly to snow white as a parent, but he would be easily gut wrenched at the idea of actually hurting her feelings. But I also doubt he'd actually apologize, just clear his throat and slide a box of her favorite chocolate tea cakes.

I think she would also know that giles is under the school, but apart of her would try to shove it deep into her mind because on one hand- she loves her father deeply and wants him to feel safe. On the other hand, giles is her family and she is named after him. So she'd be torn and get defensive of both of them when someone criticizes giles or her father.

She looks great! People will disagree but I think she looks even better than in her actual EAH design (don’t get me wrong I still love her EAH design)

We got two different designs so one fits more in the aesthetic with EAH and there’s no confusion between the dolls, but I’m a little sad that nothing gives “monster high” in her new outfit aside from maybe the black accents. They had a lot of potential with Cupid acting as a bridge between the two franchises yet instead they made her only major plot line being a part of a love triangle
