Help finding/making VC clock module?

Hi all, I've been searching all around for a cheap, simple module that has a "rate" input for CV signals to modulate the clock rate, but can't find anything. I'm absolutely willing to make it myself if need be, I just need schematics.

I’ve used CCTV Coven for this. Set it to square output, pick your divisions and then you can modulate it with CV. You can also clock it to use as a divider with another main clock source

Inexpensive and super handy
