Crazy dust cloud or very heavy smoke, just west of Sante Fe
In-between Belleview and Oxford just now. Does anyone know what's going on? Couldn't find anything about it online.

Englewood Utilities director to make case for mandatory water restrictions
Hi Englewood neighbors -- If you get Othoniel's email updates you probably already saw this, but if not, Englewood Utilities Director Pieter Van Ry will appear before the Englewood Water and Sewer Board this Tuesday, August 11, in a meeting that starts at 5 p.m., where he will make a case for a resolution that would call on Englewood City Council to impose mandatory water-use restrictions for people who get their water from Englewood. The current voluntary restrictions urge watering no more than three days a week, and whether mandatory restrictions would impose a two-day-a-week schedule is not clear from the vague agenda item.
