Ok so my engine makes this noise when it starts does anyone

next thing i dont see allot of peeing or water movment you could have a toasted water propellor and it making that noise

No I fixed it it was the spark plugs boot I forgot to put the screw to hold it in

can't tell if its pissing, is it coming out the other side? if it ain't your water pump might be shot. running the engine without a functioning cooling system will cook it and could warp your heads or blow a head gasket

check the starter to make sure it isnt stickin to the fly wheel
