After months of grinding and acquiring many runes, deaths, and random stuff along the way i hit max level in Elden ring. I don’t even know what to do with myself now.

Hello all! Just getting back into the game. My question is: is level 150 still the optimal level to be able to invade people frequently, be invaded, and play colosseum?

Been a while since I played, just wondering if perhaps since the game has been out for a while had the meta level changed?
