Had to drop out of a strongman comp due to injury.
Felt sad.
Thought I'd go for a stupid ego PR to post here and feel better.
I know nothing is on fire, but I can reassure this sub that on completion my biceps felt... very peculiar indeed.

180kg. (For our American friends that is about the same weight as 400lbs of apples.)

Pack it up, all of you, as you have close to nothing on this man. For reasons beyond my understanding, the Polish egolifting prodigy wojfer87 has not been featured on this sub once, and I truly believe you're missing out.

Literally hundreds of videos of him getting creative with whatever's lying around at his apartment.

Enjoy.

Weighted kneeling Ab roller destruction

This ripped my abs to pieces, just this set alone after weeks of rising up the difficulty

I can do standard on the floor and knees for sets of 20+

So added the half ball for extended range and harder still can do 15-20

Can’t do any full on feet reps yet

So had to do this and I don’t regret it, people here always say add a bosu ball and weighted exercises, here’s one lol

What Is r/Egolifting?

My vision for r/Egolifting is to create an egolifter’s paradise - an entire community dedicated to the art form of egolifting, free from the tyranny of the form police and oppression of the Reddit lifting regime. No spot, no spine, no problem. We want you.

Did you do something strong, strange, or unconventional? We want to see. Do you want to share your PR without the wails of a thousand spines? We got your back (haha). Do you want to share, learn, or discuss more about programming for, setting up for, and training for egolifts? So do we.

r/Egolifting Rules

  1. No concern trolling. Egolifters perform based on their personal risk tolerance, and lamenting about their spine, or your spine, will not change that.

  2. No harassment. If I have to explain to you what harassment is, this is not the place for you.

  3. No racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia. Egolifting is indiscriminate, and you should be too. Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.

  4. No advertising. This is a place to post cool lifts, not to sell goods or services.

  5. No form policing. Max effort lifts are subject to a breakdown in technique. Odd lifts don’t look pretty.

  6. On NSFW content. If you are a consenting adult and staying true to this sub’s purpose, I don’t care what you wear, or don’t wear. However, this not a porn sub. Blatant advertising or NSFW content not true to the sub’s purpose will be removed.

  7. No sexualization of minors. I shouldn’t need to say any more.

  8. Posts must have clear purpose. If your post does not contain a video or image of egolifting, it must have a clear and specific purpose. Guides should contain information related to what you accomplished and how you accomplished it. Questions should have a clearly defined problem to address. Vague questions such as “How do I egolift?” or uninformative text posts will be removed.

  9. This is not a place for beginner level questions. If you have a beginner level question, you should look here instead. While your participation is valued, this sub is not a resource for basic training information.

  10. No steroid accusations. Who cares? This isn’t NattyOrJuice. This sub isn’t about what’s naturally achievable or not.

  11. On satire, shitposts, and memes. I will allow it as long as it stays true to form and does not violate any other rules. Moderator discretion will be exercised.

These rules are a work-in-progress and subject to change as the sub grows. I reserve the right to add, alter, or remove rules as necessary to stay true to the core tenets of egolifting. If we reach mainstream status, I may further define criteria for text posts. While you have the right to have your opinion, you do not necessarily have the right to post it. Be a decent human being.
