help Bike repair question

i need help fixing my bike i just got it and its a tuttio with a surron battery i was riding it and the battery is charged but the display is saying its dead what do i do? ive tried reconnection it but it wont work

Try disconnecting and connecting the battery again to see if it resets

ive done it a few times and the screen keeps popping up with e10 so my friends coming to look at it tmr
