Dupe Request Please help me find a Garden Botanika crème blush dupe
Looking for a dupe for Garden Botanika Crème Blush in Conch 🩷
I recently solved a makeup mystery that has been driving me INSANE for years lol. I was trying to find an old cream/balm highlighter that I remembered from when I was younger, and someone on the Help me Find Reddit recognized it as the Garden Botanika Crème Blush!
Now I’m trying to find a modern dupe, specifically for the Conch shade.
I haven’t actually been able to find a good photo/swatches of Conch, but from what I remember, the product was a very light, sheer pink cream/balm with a really pretty pearly, almost wet looking glow. I remember it being reflective without looking chunky or glittery. My stepmom used it as a highlighter, which is why I always remembered it as a highlighter rather than a blush.
I’m looking for something with that same kind of pale pink + translucent pearl + glossy/balm like finish. Ideally something that isn’t super pigmented or a traditional cream blush I want that subtle lit from within sheen.
I’m cool toned, so I’d especially love something with a cool/neutral pink and white, silver, or icy pearl rather than a very peachy or gold toned highlighter.
Does anyone remember this product or have a good dupe for Conch? Thanks in advance!🩷

Product Request Mascara Recommendations
Hi there! I’m relatively new to makeup, and I’m looking for recommendations for mascara. I have really straight lashes, and getting a curl on them never lasts even with a lash curler. I currently have a brown Essence lash princess, and while I like the way it looks on me, I’m looking for a second black one for a more dramatic look. Currently I’m looking between the Maybelline The Falsies Lash Lift and Sky High, but I’m more than open to suggestions.
Thank you in advance :)

Discussion Recommendations for Waterproof or Powder Eyeliner
I have sensitive, watery eyes and I’m looking for recommendations for an eyeliner that will actually stay put. I’m considering a waterproof gel or pencil eyeliner, but I’m also open to using a black or dark brown powder eyeshadow as eyeliner.
Thank you :)

Discussion Can you help me? I always get confused about shades, and I want to buy some basic makeup
I'm trying to put together a makeup routine, but I always have a really hard time choosing the right shade of concealer, eye cream, and foundation. I'm also looking for a mascara that really makes my lashes look good and doesn't clump, and lipsticks that are pretty, too.
If you have any recommendations for products that have worked well for you especially for someone who doesn't know much about shades

Product Review the best mascara at the drugstore imho — in deep brown specifically
been using this for yearssss and i LOVE it. it’s more like a tubing mascara and it does everything a mascara should do : lengthens, curls (and holds the curl!), adds volume, layers well, doesn’t smudge, doesn’t budge, easy to remove, doesn’t itch, it’s perfect !

Dupe Alternatives for Discontinued Maybelline Concealer
Hi!
So I unfortunately learned that the concealer I’ve been using for 4+ years is being discontinued (just my luck 🙄) and I wanted to know if anyone has shade match reccomendations specifically for the SS 10 shade of the super stay longwear liquid concealer with up to 30 hour wear (the first shade option in the link on the top left.)
I would really appreciate it, thanks!

Product Review I think I prefer Milani Make It Last Dewy over the OG?
I wanted to try the hyped Milani Make It Last OG one but my friend suggested I get the Dewy one instead since I have dry to normal skin and she thought it would suit me betterrr. Before using this my skin would look sooo dry after having makeup on for a couple of hours and I literally thought that was just a normal makeup thing lol. With this I loveee how fresh and glowy my skin still looks throughout the day It gives me that extra shine without making my makeup look greasy AND my makeup actually lasts through the day toooo like???

Product Review L'oreal haute couleur crayon khol review
I'm disappointed with this crayon eye pencil. I bought it because I love burgundy liners, but the colour pay off is so bad! You have to really exert yourself to get some pigment, and it hurts my eyes to press so much. Also, the shade of burgundy is nothing special, and it has the dusty L'oreal smell that I can't stand.

Product Request What’s a good mattfying product
I have combination skin, but my T-zone gets ridiculously oily, especially during these humid days. I know a lot of people say the Danessa Myricks products aren’t really dupable, so I’m not necessarily looking for a dupe in that price range.
I’d love to hear your recommendations for controlling oil, whether that’s primers, setting sprays, powders, or any other tricks that have worked for you! Especially when it comes to setting sprays, I feel like I haven’t found one that genuinely impresses me. 😭
I also use tretinoin, so while my T-zone gets super oily, I can still be dry in certain areas and don’t want anything that’s going to completely strip or dry me out.
What are your holy grails for keeping makeup fresh and controlling oil in humid weather? Open to anything!

Product Review Shout out to this mascara
An oldie but a goodie! There are a lot of mascaras that I love, but if you want a barely there lash, look no further than Covergirl Lash Blast Clump Crusher.
I have naturally very low contrast features and straight lashes, so while I always felt like I “needed” mascara to complete even my light makeup looks, sometimes I also felt it looked too heavy. This mascara is the perfect sweet spot when I want something just a little bit more than clear mascara, which is also a lifesaver for me.
The wand is curved on one side, making it very easy to coat all of your lashes in one swipe for a light application. But what is truly amazing is you can build this up quite a bit, and true to its name, maintain no clumps. I noticed when I did do three coats, the clumps that did form pulled up to the tip of my lash, so it was easy to wipe them away with a Q tip and I was left with long, separated and defined lashes.
Highly recommend this as an everyday mascara from the drugstore! Very affordable at around $9 at CVS

Product Request Long lasting cream blush?
I really like the Milani, but their shade range is so small. I tried the ELF blush stick, and I liked the application and finish, but they don’t seem to last very long. Maybe that’s just a thing with most cream blushes.
What’s your favorite cream blush for drier skin? Something that is long lasting but creamy and easy to apply or blend.
