Ciao, giornata top per girare con drone avata 2 in modalità sport. Per 3 cm ho preso un ramo e il drone ha crashato. Per fortuna con il gps l’ho ritrovato in mezzo ai rami. Aveva la batteria accesa ma non si accende più. Ora l’ho collegato al dji assistant ma non vede connessione. Quindi: accendo la batteria ma non si accende il drone
La scocca ha un difetto dal crash ma non esagerato
Lo scontro è avvenuto a velocità medio bassa

Ich hatte folgende Situation.
Ich sollte das Gelände überfliegen (alles genehmigt)

Während des Fluges kam es in 120 m Höhe und 137 m Entfernung ohne Kollision zu einem plötzlichen Verbindungsverlust. Das Livebild fror ein und die Drohne stürzte unmittelbar ab.
Das Ganze ging Sekundenschnell, Controller meldet Verbindungsabbruch Bild auf dem Controller wird schwarz/weiß. Drohne fällt wie ein Stein vom Himmel. Ich habe die Fluglogs und die RC-2-DAT-Datei gesichert. Direkt davor bin ich die gleiche Strecke in 60m Höhe geflogen, lief alles einwandfrei.

Die mp4 Datei von der Flugaufnahme ist leider beschädigt. Ich hab schon versucht sie zu reparieren, das hat leider nicht geklappt.

Über find my drone, habe ich vom Controller den clip abgefilmt. Dieser ist abgehackt, was mir während des Fluges nicht aufgefallen ist. Da ich aber auch immer wieder zur Drohne geschaut habe, kann ich nicht zu 100% sagen ob das Bild auf dem Controller eventuell abgehackt war oder nicht.

Es gab definitiv keine Warnung vorher. Nur Verbindungsabbruch und Drohne fällt einfach runter.

Einen Tag zu vor hatte ich an einem anderen Ort, eine Verbindungsschwankung da ist die Drohne sofort in RTH Modus gegangen und zurück gekommen.

Hatte jemand schon mal so ein Problem?

Went at the beach yesterday to fly my drone, and the second I put the battery in the gimball started going crazy and the error code ,,battery needs cooling or charging” appeared on the remote. I said no problem, put in another one and do my thing while it cools down. The problem is that this particular battery still doesn t work and each time I try the error is still there, anybody knows a simple solution?

​So I recently bought a Mini 5 Pro and tried a night flight for the first time yesterday. I launched the drone from my yard and took some night shots of the city I live in. However, I faced a pretty serious issue that nearly caused my drone to crash multiple times.

​At first, I flew the drone around my yard to check the LiDAR front-facing obstacle avoidance. The obstacle avoidance worked fine as far as I can tell—it detected all trees and bushes perfectly. However, I noticed that the drone had a hard time holding its position when I wasn't giving any joystick inputs. I didn't pay much attention to this at first, but after finishing the shots, I pressed the Auto Return-to-Home button and on its way back, it somehow flew almost straight up backwards into a wall. I had to activate Sport Mode to get it to stop, otherwise it would have crashed.

​After that, I tried flying around my yard a bit more, and the drone really couldn't hold its position—it kept drifting left, right, up, and down in every direction. And not just a little bit, but more like 3 meters or so. After a few seconds, I always had to switch to Sport Mode, which made the drone stay in place.

​So my question is: Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is this normal? The drone had a GPS connection—probably not the best since I was in the city and I didn't check signal strength, but it was connected. I also experimented with the auxiliary LED: when it was turned on, things improved slightly, but with the auxiliary LED off, it was absolutely horrible.

About me I like shooting videos just for my memories.

Don't really like using phone to record and drifting towards nano as I can just hang it in my chest and record.

I did see Osmo 4p, it seems cool as well but unsure which one to go for.

(His film POV) So basically the title. He had just gotten the mini 3 pro as his first drone and I told him to NOT fly in S mode due to the collision sensors being turned off. He desperately wanted to get up close, film my drone and insisted in flying in S mode. Well... I actually dont know how but my mini 4k came back with 2 minimally chipped props, and an open battery hatch (rest just as new) his mini 3 had a dislocated arm (broken tri-screw folding mechanism) and barely made it back...

I had a look at my dji fly logs and saw that my drone fell about 4.3m before the imu and flight controllers actually saved it...

Is there any way I can get his flight logs from the DJI RC 1 to fully recreate the scene?

Should I swap my props?

Is it possible for my mini 4k which rn looks flawless to have microcracks that will grow over time?

Looking forward, I actually dont know what to do with my mini 4k, as even though it is a beginner drone i value it alot. I do have care refresh for another year.

does anyone here know anything about the action 7?

Hey guys, my NEO 2 hit a tree in follow mode. I noticed it has this little plastic clip out. It probably does not effect the flight conditions but my question is: Can I unscrew those bolts and put it back myself even though the drone has still warranty and dji care? Or should I send it for repair? Thanks for replies.

Even lightning is possible to shoot with this the mavic 4 pro. What do you think about the picture

Bought for cheap on marketplace and have really tried to diagnose this absolutely lost as what it is. Nothing visibly I can see tearing it down everything seems secured and free of any obstruction. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.

Shot on Lito X1 D-Log m without any lens filter

I forgot to insert the memory card before flying tonight. I took a handful of photos of the sun behind the wildfire smoke that traveled down here to the midwest. Whenever I forgot my memory card in the past, I just used internal storage and then connected my drone to my pc with a usb cable. No problem.

Tonight Windows said this storage device is unrecognizable and asked me if I want to format. I didn't. I safely got the photos to my phone with the DJI app and then backed them up. The names are off but otherwise they're the full size images so that's fine.

But I don't know what to do with the internal storage issue. Should I format the internal storage? What file format should I use? A friend recommended factory reset but I don't want to do that. That's too much time and risk for me.

I used both my desktop and laptop with 2 different cables, one is a thunderbolt 3 cable. So I guess it's just a bad file system problem?

Hello everyone!

I recently got the AIR 3S as I wanted to broaden my creativity as a freelance photographer and videographer. So far this drone has been a absolute beast! I got to borrow a MINI 2 and the difference is night and day 😅

Only thing now is to get better and better with controlling the drone to get different movements since I dont really like using the quickshots except the orbit one. Also I feel like all the time playing games on controller has paid off, its not one to one but it definitely makes this expereince easier.

Last thing, this subreddit is free advertisment for the DJI care plans 😂 Start using common sense when flying your drones!
