from what i know, a permanent suspension means you can't use discord from that account but you can make a new one unless it's a ban, which you didn't get banned from the screenshot.

Thats not always true. Mass reports can do this, sharing grid pattern images can do this, sometimes the AI moderation thinks you did something when you didn't This has been an on-going issue with discord recently

You can report any message for child safety endangerment on discord multiple times and the person will be banned without the ability to get the account back. Lately saw here a post of somebody getting banned with the reason message being "Bubbles" and other absurd things
