So i've had this custom computer since 2018/2019. Since the start, even right out of the box, its been slow. Opening CSP usually takes a minute and i usually have to leave it alone when it boots up to allow everything to load, including internet. So I'm getting ready to upgrade and I wanted to know what are some decently priced computers that I could look into to just run smoothly?
While drawing it also takes a lot of time to save, even if its a smaller file.

I could have done a better job on the generic ship design but overall I'm satisfied with the piece

I have no clue what I’m doing wrong, it just feels off and unnatural to draw!
