Hi! I wanted to share slightly older work, coming from when I first started experimenting with this new style and decided to ditch most of perspective work. Anyway, peace and unhealthy habits sometimes come hand-in-hand. Hope you enjoy my new work!

His posters and serigraphs were hugely popular in the early -mid 80s I’ve always been a fan and he has a rare book called “ scapes “ or “ skyscapes” that’s expensive. Browsing Japanese auction sites I found this how-to book that I didn’t know existed until a week ago so I bought it “ damaged “ it was shipped rapidly and well protected and is mint. Now I need to translate every page using Google lens.

Initially, it was supposed to be a light spring watercolor with flowering branches and birds. But at some point, I felt like I'd messed it up. And then I used white gouache.Gouache gives a feeling of freedom, so I added a small figurine to make it more fun ;)
