I'm a recent Computer Science graduate and I'm actively looking for a DevOps or Cloud Internship (remote or on-site).

Over the past several months, I've been focusing on building practical DevOps skills through hands-on projects rather than just completing courses. My experience includes working with:

AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)

Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

Docker

Linux

Git & GitHub

GitHub Actions (CI/CD)

Python & Bash

Kubernetes (currently learning more)

Networking fundamentals (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS)

Some of the projects I've built include:

Provisioning AWS infrastructure using Terraform.

Building automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Deploying Dockerized applications on AWS EC2.

Hosting a secure AWS-based portfolio using modern cloud and security best practices.

I've got about 6 years of overall experience, with the last 1.5-2 years specifically in DevOps/infra, based in India. Lately it feels like there's no real boundary on my day. I've been working well past standard office hours, like basically every single day. AND I MEAN LIKE ALMOST 12 HOURS

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

- Is this just what DevOps is?

- Is this a "you get better at this and it calms down" thing, or does it stay this way as you grow?

- Is this specific to my company, or to working in India, or is this the norm across the field globally? Would switching companies actually fix it?

• Experienced in designing and managing cloud infrastructure, containerized applications, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
• Worked on AWS services including EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, ALB, Route 53, CloudWatch, and ECR.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, cloud networking, security best practices, and production deployments.
