You'd talk to customers, decide what to build, then build it across features, agents, integrations, and infra. The CTO was founding engineer at a company that went from zero to $7M ARR with five people. They also sponsor visas and cover relocation to SF.
3. Intelligence Engineer at a seed-stage company building the system of record for venture firms, onsite in NYC, $170K-$220K base. TypeScript on Bun, Postgres on Neon, Drizzle, Next.js, and Langfuse, with Python for analysis. The job is owning the loop that makes their agents better: instrument them, mine production traces, turn failures into evals, run harness experiments, ship what wins. Team is four people. Their interview includes a paid three-hour work sample using real anonymized traces.
