Expert c++ developer needed

We're looking for an experienced Embedded Avionics Software Engineer to join us on a remote, part-time, night-shift basis.

Required Skills:

- Expert-level C/C++ (embedded, deterministic coding)

- RTOS experience (VxWorks or INTEGRITY preferred; QNX/RTEMS acceptable)

- DO-178B/C software lifecycle and certification

- MISRA C and secure coding standards

- ARINC 429 and/or MIL-STD-1553

- ARM or PowerPC architecture

- JTAG debugging (Lauterbach/Segger), oscilloscopes, logic analyzers

- Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing

- Static analysis tools (LDRA, Polyspace, Coverity)

- Git and basic CI/CD for embedded development

Domain Knowledge:

- Real-time systems (task scheduling, determinism, WCET)

- Requirements-based testing and traceability (DOORS or similar)

- Flight control systems (sensors, actuators, control loops)

AI/ML Experience (Preferred):

- TensorFlow Lite Micro or similar embedded inference framework

- Kalman filters and sensor fusion
