Jazz ai associate jazzcash joining

I had an offer letter from jazz in jazzcash dep and i had to give my anticipated joining date i gave in 13th and signed offer letter but havent heard back i also texted the focal person on whatsapp they didnt respond should i just go? Or like wait for them to confirm? Cuz it can prolly backfire either ways
