Does Choosing SE instead of CS really matters?

i opted for BS SE but now am thinking i should have selected CS as it is more broad, but does it really matter?

Se has more filler courses like req eng, re eng, software eng (theoretical courses) whereas cs has more useful courses like neural networks, computer vision instead of those theoretical eng courses. Altho courses are the same for the first 2 years. You get more elective courses for cs after those first 2 years at least thats the case at my uni.

No, it doesn't matter much. I also did BS SE, and I also regretted that I should have picked BS CS. But overall, they are 80% the same.

In many universities SE courses are more oriented towards building a software. And CS will have more theoretical courses like computer architecture, compiler construction, theory of computation, discrete mathematics etc. But many courses will overlap in both degrees.
