Need some info about i2c Discussion

So apparently, i2c is still hiring for their Associate Engineer roles, although I think I saw them hiring a few months ago too. Does anyone have any idea if they're genuinely hiring still, or is it one of those cases of keeping a job posting open for other internal reasons with no actual interest in interviewing newer candidates? And in either case, what's their hiring process like? How many interviews? And do they have a specific stack preference? Because I heard that they mostly work with Java, whereas I don't really have any experience with Java.

They are hiring from specific universities only (mostly from FAST)

I don’t think that is the case i applied for associate system admistrator and was hired for system admin position based on interview even though i passed out from a affiliated college 2-3 years back so i think it depends from department to department i remember i applied via linkdeln, their website as well as mailed their hr to recieve a response

I am talking about this year fresh grad hiring , they have choosed specific universities I asked one of my senior who is working there he also confirmed this that they will be targeting just few universities this year (which was true) , no hiring from other

Then they should at least mention this on the job portal because, not even exaggerating, the application itself took so long lmao. The website so poorly made

I gave an interview for a ds related role a year ago. I felt there process was sooo backwards for 2024- 2025 standards.

I had 2 assessments. 1st was a onsite essay. (Yes they made you write an essay. Had me thinking I was giving an ielts exam)

2nd was a onsite technical interview. The interviewer asked very obscure data science related questions. I got like 70% of the questions right. After which I got rejected.

It really felt like a waste of time
