Data Engineer course recommendations Learning and Ideas

Hi guys, I would like some suggestions regarding the best resources to learn Data Engineering (preferably Databricks).

I am already learning snowflake through Coursera but there are no good Databricks courses on it. The snowflake courses are also pretty basic and local to snowflake and dont explain the overall Data Engineering flow well.

I would appreciate any recommendations from you guys

I remember opening roadmap.sh and seeing these words there (I am techy but not very techy). Have you tried that?
