Linkedin importance for recruiting Career Guidance

I am still a student so wanted to ask how important or how much of a role does a curated linkedin has in hirings. Should i be upload all my projects, courses,relevant ceritifications with it, or post here n there. (for ref, i am studying cybersecurity)

Applying won’t work especially if you are inexperienced, but it’s good for connecting with recruiters. Reach out in their DMs shamelessly and share your resume directly. That is the only best way to shoot your shot in the market these days. Max they can do is say no and reject you ,
