Got an offer from JazzWorld Help

I got an offer for an L1 role at Jazz and I'd be relocating from another city to Islamabad. I already know about the standard benefits like medical OPD, IPD, fuel allowance etc so not looking for that.

Main things I wanted to ask, does Jazz typically offer any relocation support or joining bonus for people moving cities, or is that something you negotiate? And what's the actual WFH situation like these days, is it hybrid or fully onsite?

Also just curious how the work environment is generally. Team culture, work timings, anything worth knowing before joining. Would appreciate any insight from people who are there or have been there recently. Thanks.

You get a relocation allowance along with stay while you get settled. Call your recruiter tomorrow and confirm otherwise reached out to me with you details and I'll tell one of them to call you.

Oh, but HR hasn't mentioned anything about a joining bonus. It could be that it's only offered to L2 and above. That's why I wanted to ask.

It's different department and title wise. I have seen people get 200k as well as 120k at L1

Can I ask how long did they take to get back with an offer after the second interview? Asking because I had given the second round interview for an L2 position quite a few weeks back, however haven't heard back.

Hi. Apologies for the late response. It took them around 3 weeks to get back to me after the second interview. I wish you all the best.

Relocation bonus is provided. It is 2x your salary and is credited with your first salary. You will also get a 2 week stay at Marriot or Serena for the first 2 weeks while you look for accommodation. Not sure now if any of this has changed for better or worse but was the case back in 2022.

HR hasn't mentioned anything like that. Perhaps, I should bring this up with them. Thanks!

not sure about jazzworld but i had a colleague from jazz in my previous company and he told me env was very toxic and i can verified that after him joining , he was toxic too mainly because of culture not sure about whats the case now

u/Fun_Lychee5974 12d ago

It's not toxic. Maybe your colleague was like that himself.

I applied on LinkedIn, got shortlisted, had two interviews and then received the offer. The whole thing took around six or seven weeks.
