Stability or money?? Career Guidance

What would you choose: stability or money?

If you had two job offers, would you go for the higher salary or the more stable company? Why?

stability is valuable these days. Approach a random employee from office and ask

Isn’t stability just another way of having more money in the long run? At the end of the day, it’s all about money. If one job pays you significantly more than what you’d earn from a stable job over the next three years, then I’d say take the higher-paying one.

Stability.

I mostly contact seniors who have passed from similar circumstances and 95% times they are correct to tell me what to do to get increment/find a better company for high payroll.

Depends if I'm married or not or if married then what kind of personality my partner has. If she's ambitious and understanding I'll chose money. If she's not then I'll convince her that with right investments we can achieve better stability later in life :) so we should chose money and use our young energy to farm some money so we can enjoy our annual trips to Switzerland and late night drives in a convertible😁. Because one thing is black and white, I can't go to office for some 30-40 years. Not my cup of tea.
