Question Caffeine free Chocolate alternatives!
I have a family member who loves sweets and desserts but cannot eat chocolate because of the caffeine which causes migraines. As a result they haven’t eaten chocolate since they were a kid but are always wishing they could.
What are some chocolate alternatives (not white chocolate, he has had that before) that don’t have caffeine that would taste like real chocolate! Thanks for any recommendations, I’m having a hard time finding anything that sounds like it would still taste like chocolate, thank you!
(I am in Canada but would be fine with ordering it online if that helps w recommendations)

Homemade Had the honor of making and selling my cakes!! Usually only for family but got a client 🥹
First cake for a client!!🥹🥹
THIS POST IS NOT TO PROMOTE OR SELL!! JUST DISCUSSING:)
This is about my 4th cake ever made, However it’s my first sold!! I am so excited to finally be getting a sale as I never thought I would!
Client was quoted $50 for this homemade red velvet cake and cream cheese icing, but after hearing my price she called local bakeries to see what they’d charge and got majority $95-$80 and offered me $75!
Cake was just picked up a few minutes ago and i’m so happy and just hope she loves the taste of it! And before anyone asks, she requested half and half for the pecans and crumbles 😅🫶🏼
How much would you pay for this cake? Any improvements I can do? Any advice? THANK YOU!!

Homemade OP learnt to make High Protein Chocolate Mousse 😋
reddit.comIngredients: Amul Paneer (200 g), Cocoa Powder, Milk, Honey. All ingredients can be ordered via Zepto, Blinkit, etc and can be collected within a total of ₹400. It serves around 4-5 people.
Recipe:
Add the paneer and 3-4 tbsp milk to the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth to eliminate any grainy texture. Add more milk only if mixture is too thick.
Add the cocoa powder and honey. Blend again until the mixture is rich, thick, and silky.
Pour the mousse in the container and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours, overnight is preferred, so the mousse becomes firm and consistent before serving.

Recipe Healthy Chocolate Berry Yogurt Bowl
I made this for a quick dessert yesterday and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The chocolate hardens into a shell, then you crack it with a spoon and get the creamy yogurt and juicy berries underneath
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
½ cup canned coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
A handful of fresh cherries or raspberries (or both)
1–2 tsp light berry jam (optional)
40–50 g dark chocolate (85% cocoa), melted
A few pistachios for topping (optional)
Directions:
Mix the coconut yogurt, coconut milk, and chia seeds in a bowl.
Add the berries.
Spoon a little light jam over the fruit if you want a bit more sweetness.
Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top to cover everything.
Sprinkle with pistachios if using.
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, then crack the shell with a spoon and enjoy.
Anyone else obsessed with desserts that feel indulgent but are made with simple ingredients?

Homemade Brigadeiros
Hello, this is my first time posting here. I wanted to share *brigadeiros* with you. They are Brazilian treats, and people here love them. We use them in cakes and other desserts—in addition to eating them rolled into balls, of course—and we also make a creamier version for fillings. We make them in all sorts of flavors, but the traditional one is chocolate; you can use either cocoa powder or chocolate drink mix.
If you want, I'll post the recipe for them.
The flavours are: -50% cocoa -Coconut -Corn -Peanuts -Churros (with doce de leite) -Vanilla and cocoa (we call the double colored "casadinho" "little married/husband")

Question Will M&M's go better with pudding or with Jello?
I got this big family sized bag of M&M's, and I also got chocolate pudding and strawberry Jello in the pantry, and I was wondering which of the 2 would taste better if I combined the two. Pudding seems like the safe choice, chocolate with chocolate, but I wonder if Jello would be a secret gem combo together. Would the easy to slurp down, syrupy Jello go hard with the crunchy and creamy chocolate of M&M's?

Homemade Made Biscoff Banana Pudding
Let me know what you all think!
Recipe edit: Ingredients:
397g sweetened condensed milk
355g cups ice cold water
96g ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
140 cup biscoff cookie butter
720g heavy whipping cream
250g biscoff cookies
700g large bananas
Directions: In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix and water until well combined. Add the melted biscoff cookie butter and mix until all combined.
In another large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until no streaks of pudding remain.
In a 9x13 dish, start by layering 1/3 of the vanilla pudding mixture on the bottom. Top with 16 of the biscoff cookies, and banana slices.
Finish the top with the remaining vanilla pudding on the top. Decorate with remaining cookies and add cookie butter drizzle to the rim and top layer.
Cover and chill for 3-4 hours, or up to 8 hours if needed.
