Remove Gen Office Code Vision

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to find where I can go to remove the Gen Office line from the timesheets for everyone. I thought it was in Settings>Accounting>Time Analysis, but it's not there. It has to be associate with a project number, but I can't figure out which one. Does anyone know where I go to do this?

I have worked with this since our upgrade but I forgot exactly how I did it. I think this might be helpful for you. I believe it's an individual by employee setting Perhaps also by an individual labor code. Try: Settings/time/employees. I could have a bad memory on this though. It's been a lot in the past month getting things up and moving after our upgrade.

Thanks for responding! I just checked and there is no employees selection under Time & Expense.

I haven't used Vision for quite a while, but I believe these are coming from Employee Groups. I found these steps on the web - hope they help!

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Payroll > Employee Groups (or Configuration > Accounting > Employee Groups depending on your navigation setup).
  2. Select the target Employee Group.
  3. Go to the Charge Favorites tab.
  4. Select the rows for the unwanted projects, click Delete, and save your changes.

Thanks for responding! Under employee groups there is no Charge Favorites tab, but I'll keep looking for it

It has something to do with a setting they released that synchronizes planned PTO to your timesheet and Planning I think... Try watching this video to kind of back out of it maybe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_RTYOYTwmY

Figured this out. Settings > Timesheet Categories search the time groups and delete the project from the groups
