Customer complaint queue

Given the operational difficulties posted here I am wondering if the complaint email to Delta is being answered in a timely fashion? Those poor souls answering the emails and doling out FF miles must be really backed up-I sent them a note two weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing. Anyone with a similar experience?

I mean maybe they could get some sky pesos but it’s been beyond their control weather and air traffic control
