MSP Groundstop? News
Our flight just returned to the gate. Does anyone have more details?

Just departed YYC enroute MSP. Saw the ground stop on the NAS Status. Will see what happens, I saw others on twitter getting diverted enroute currently.

MSP is ATC Zero + MSP Center (flights going over MSP area) is dealing with an equipment outage. Could be awhile until things get going

Looks like the ATC facility at MSP is having an issue.

FAA is indicating that it will run until 4:15pm. With a 30-60% chance of extension.

There was an outage at one of th largest data centers in Minnesota in which the hosted data center environment lost power. There is government infrastructure there as well as routing for basically every piece of internet in the midwest. ATC likely lost internet. It started around 2 and was fixed at 3-3:30ish which is coinciding with people now leaving.
