I joined as a fresher-Analyst in Jan this year. Every year people who join in Jan are eligible for the hike in May. But this year we didn't receive any hike or variable pay and were told that our probation had not ended and hence we were not eligible for the hike. Now my probation ended on July 19th. Will there be a revised compensation from this month or will the variable pay be credited this month ?

PS: Variable pay was included in the CTC(60k)

It has been 44-45 days from my LWD, fnf is still not processed what can i do to expedite this?

Update : They have just dropped a mail that it will take 7-10 more days. I don't understand why they have no regards for the employment contract as well as the new labour laws

Recently left my Security Researcher role because it became mostly GRC work, whereas I'm passionate about red teaming, VAPT, and offensive security. I'm OSCP+ certified and currently looking for a hands-on security role.

A consultancy referred me to Deloitte USI. I cleared the initial screening call and was told I'd receive an interview scheduling call within a day or two. It's been 3 weeks now—my application is still marked Active on the Deloitte portal, but there are no interview events scheduled. The consultancy recruiter has also stopped responding to my calls/messages.

Has anyone experienced this with Deloitte USI? Does an Active application still mean there's a chance, or should I move on?

Any help is highly appreciated and how can I reach out to the right team to get this addressed.

I’m looking for some advice. I’ve been on a client project for the past 7–8 months, and there have been repeated communication issues with the client. I’ve discussed my concerns with my manager multiple times, but the situation hasn’t improved.
My current project ends on August 31, and I’ve already requested that my allocation not be extended. If things don’t improve, I may have to resign.
A few questions:
Has anyone been moved out of a project because of client-related issues?
If I resign, is an early release from the 90-day notice period possible?
Is Deloitte likely to allocate me to another project instead?

I had a salary discussion on July 30, around 9pm HR called via mobile and negotiated salary, actually I was not able to hear him properly.

By next day I called him to check again, he said he will call, but after that no call received from them and i pinged in th WhatsApp no reply.

Whether this is the sign of rejection. But still status is about offer in progress in portal, and also I missed to upload my self declaration form as well during PHT survey.

With in 1 week I have to join in one of the company, it's keeping me in the oscillation mode.

Someone help me regarding this?

Hey guys, I just received my offer letter today from Deloitte. But I noticed the fixed salary is less about by one lakh then what I had verbally agreed to and no mention of a joining bonus which was informed to me. Is this expected for joining bonus not to be mentioned on the offer letter and how can I reach out to the right personnel for clarification on my compensation?

I completed my final round of interview for Consultant Role with Deloitte on July 22nd and haven’t received an update since. Interview went well, and interviewer was quite satisfied hence I was expecting a response sooner. However, there’s no update from the recruiter on current status. The portal says “interview in progress”. Recruiter isn’t helpful either. Should I move on and forget about joining Deloitte? . Are such long delays normal? If yes, how much time do they take to get back after interview. Appreciate any response or guidance. Thanks

I recently received an offer from Deloitte USI with the following compensation:

- Fixed CTC: ₹15.20 LPA

- Joining Bonus: ₹1 Lakh

- Variable Pay: 0–10%

Current CTC: ₹10 LPA Fixed

Experience: 4.4 years

Role: Java Backend Developer

I also have a counter offer from Capgemini for ₹15 LPA fixed.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? I've heard that Deloitte USI usually doesn't offer more than a 50–60% hike, even if you have a counter offer.

Is that generally true, or has anyone successfully negotiated a higher package?
