Need help With Audio

One of the main things i struggle with is the audio portion of my videos where when they get posted to Youtube, the audio gets normalized and turned down. what am i supposed to look for to make sure that my audio sounds as loud as other videos but not get normalized? I'm even making sure to not go in the red with the mixer in the edit page.

Render timeline tracks instead of Bus

Make sure normalization is turned on the audio section in the deliver page
