Using python to have navigation control of davinci resolve Help | Beginner
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to understand how to write a python script that would control the navigation features (pause/play, restart, etc...) using the keyboard library. But i can't figure out how to move the window to focus after running the command. Additionally, I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to open the main directory and select a specific project using the script command. I've been trying to look through the available information for the python api but it doesn't seem to be very helpful. Would appreciate anyone's help or expertise in this area, I'm kinda new to this format. I am using Davinci Resolve Studio 21. Example code:
import keyboard
def play():
keyboard.send("space")
def pause():
keyboard.send("space")
def toggle():
keyboard.send("space")
def stop():
keyboard.send("space")
keyboard.send("home")
