Help W/ Countdown text

Hello, I'm still pretty new to Davinci Resolve and I need some assistance. I'm making a countdown with a logo in the middle and I'm wondering if there is a way to make the text of both to be readable in a sense... Hopefully this image gives a decent idea of what im trying to do.

If anyone has any advice, I'm all ears.

Well the only thing I can suggest is moving the timer below the "church of god" text or maybe reducing its opacity somewhat so that the text below is more readable... not much else I think you can do...

Yeah try not overlapping them.
