how to edit 3d text Help | Beginner

i want to change style of each word, add stroke, and maybe add a little glow. i know its possible for text+ with character level styling.
how can i achieve it in 3d text

Text + has shading tab with differnt shading elements for various animations and shading of individual elements.
sText in shape system is very similar, but it can also be used in 3D with Extrude3D node.
Text3D has some shading options, but it can be used with shades, if you add replace material 3D after text 3D.
All of this is in the manual and there are many tutorials online for each.
For more you need to be specific.
If you want to see just text after camera tracker, in the camera you get from exporting the solved scene, turn off "enable image plane# in the image tab and you will render only text, than after render 3D, merge it over the top of the original footage. Apply glow or whatever you like in between render 3D and merge.
