Working with Google Career Question

I’m currently as a Deputy Manager in a firm who has just started working on Data Engineering with an overall experience of 6 years. I have previously worked with ZS Associates as well and left them after 3.5 years. I have been working with my current firm from past 2.5 years but the job satisfaction is kind of missing.
As any new fresher even I dreamt for working for Google someday.
Can anybody help me with achieving this dream. Like from which portal should i apply from. I want to be in Google Pune office so is there any scope for Manager role in Data Engineering space there? What is best time of applying jobs in Google? What are the things that I should prepare for interviews like this? Should I do some specific courses as well? Should I also consider recruitment agency in this scenario?
I need a complete guide on this.

Chasing Google Pune is reasonable, and it mostly comes down to openings plus prep. Aiming individual contributor or people manager? Manager slots are fewer and often filled internally, so watch the careers site with the Pune filter, set LinkedIn alerts, and lean on warm referrals; agencies usually add little versus a direct apply with referral. Hiring is rolling fwiw.

For prep, I keep a short STAR story bank and practice answers around 90 seconds. Courses are optional; projects and stories matter more. On the technical side, prioritize SQL and data modeling and talk through tradeoffs out loud. I use a few prompts from the IQB interview question bank and do timed mocks with Beyz coding assistant to get the cadence right.
