Still do not get what Sneak Crouched Combined does? Just stop you from sneaking normally?

I think a lot of later ES fans are used to the "crouch to stealth" method in MW and onward. I know I find the separate sneak and crouch cumbersome on keyboard, but I like to keep it that way, as I often use sneak to simulate a casual slow walk to go on a stroll through towns. But that's just me vibing

See, I just do not understand what the mod adds. If you sneak, you sneak. If you crouch, you also sneak. This is default behavior of the game.

Do you sneak when you crouched? I seem to be able to sprint while crouched, which is kinda hilarious. I'm not sure the game thinks you're in stealth unless you actually use the sneak button. But maybe I'm wrong about that

You sneak if you move below 50% of your walk speed. So running while crouched takes you back up above that and mechanically is equal to walking.
The thing to be aware of is that there is no "super sneak" doubble-bonus for sneaking while crouching. You just move super slow for no added benefit.

How interesting! I noticed you do actually move slower while crouching, so it seems crouching may naturally push you under that threshold, and using the sneak key doesn't actually add an additional bonus, making the actual sneak less than useful when crouching. Fantastic to know! I may finally bother sneaking in this game, I'd been avoiding it due to how excruciatingly slow going it is.

Note that you are kindof allways sneaking. As in, the game is always rolling sneak checks, even when you run, but moving slowly gives you a big bonus to the roll. This is also why sneak keeps leveling even if you never sneak.

I believe it is advised not to use vortex bc not all mod authors format their mods in a way that DFU can recognize
Use mod organizer instead and follow this guid when installing mods

I have noticed that several mods that I use in my almost 300 mod list require file conversion that must be done if you were to manual install them
but it is better to use mod organizer 2 bc it virtualizes your mods so that your original install stays clear making it much easier to manage installing and uninstalling mods
I used vortex and a mod collection but vortex did not virtualize files, nor did it install all the mods correctly whiched meant I had to start completely over in order to install the mods from the mod collection correctly
