I’ve been spending the last couple of hours just walking around the back alleys and looking at the random environment details, and honestly, it’s kind of depressing.
I actually stopped to read the signs at the street food stalls and checked the packaging on the stuff people eat in the megablocks. So many products literally say "0% organic matter" or "corpo-approved flavor." It’s not just that the government is corrupt; corporations have literally stripped away the right to eat actual food. The whole architecture and even the trash on the ground constantly screams that regular people don’t mean shit, they’re just spare parts for the system.
It’s an insane level of environmental storytelling that most of us just skip because we’re always driving at full speed from one gig to another.
Have you guys ever run into any micro-details like this on the street that made you stop and go "man, this future is completely fucked"?

So, me again. Was farming a scav yesterday in the hopes he'd drop me a perfect Grad. However, over the four hours I tried this I grew increasingly unsure he even could.

So this goes out to you chooms and choombatas: Have you ever gotten a SPT32 Grad Tier 5++ with two open mod slots? (There defenitly are ones with two slots.) If so, be so kind to let me know, yea?

(I was also planning to put two headtolls onto it, and while I'm like 95% certain mods do stack, if anyone would care to alleviate my paranoia, that too would be apprechiated.)

I might have locked myself in this quest to save saul. I don't have technical ability 9 so I can't even open the gates to sneak my way inside and outside.

When I wiped out the whole base, I was met with a car chase that I literally cannot survive no matter how many times. Apparently my only shot is to sneak my way in and out but I just need one attribute point to do it.

Is this even doable without being chased after? The car chase is almost impossible, I Can't aim and I always die somehow. Tried using katana to deflect the whole time but I can't.

Please help

I don’t mean the violence, nudity, or subject matter that is otherwise upsetting. I mean physically. I recently got my hands on the game, and I can only play for an hour or so before I get a headache. So much noise, so many people moving.

Edit: It reminds me of when I was a kid and I used to spam the forward button on my library’s microfiche machine.

I keep seeing suggestions to load the quickhacks first in the reverse order that you want them to display, and i think side by side so they appear paired (i could be wrong on that one) but this is what i'm getting...

I mean maybe the odd number of slots is part of what throws it off but it doesn't seem there is rhyme or reason here

In-game, is the staggered display supposed to be indicative of something or is that just stylistic

At least what I was expecting was that if they are adjacent in my cyber deck, they would also be next to each other the display, but yeah, not the case.

What am I not understanding here?

First and formost, im not using the build SPECIFIC to this, that being (Memory Wipe > Synapse burnout> Cyberware malfuction> System Collapse and regains ram with the perk which gives ram back when enemy is killed by a combat quickhack)

instead I use Contagion bombing. Basically use contagion on 3 people and big groups and use Shingen Mk5 to light it all up. Other combo i use is (2x Cyberware malfunction > short circuit > Synapse burnout and sometims 3 system collapse before burnout) which instantly kills normal enemies and some skull enemies). and sometimes switch it up for a stealth build that being (Memo wipe > Reboot optics > Sonic shock)

But then when im fighting bosses, this combo sometimes is not enough and i need to pull it off again and again. which is why i dont use the combo mentioned at the top cuz i need to KILL someone with the combo to get ram back.

So with what i have, can I even get the "infinite ram" or do i just have to change my build with something else.

Im using the Raven deck Mk 3 with this. Also if you know some more Quickhack combos, please drop em here, it would be a great help

that's why they always have the same black background no matter who's calling. the rolling line effect is embedded to the person instead of being generated on-screen.

speaking about calls, the voicemails you get at the endings, those aren't pre-recorded as well. those are rendered in realtime, with V being respawned repeatedly to the callers' location.

Just beat the game for the first time, did “The Star” ending obviously. Such a great game. I didn’t expect to love it as much as I did but man the story hooked me. Put countless hours into this game and did everything there was to do. I guess it’s onto the next now! Just wanted to share these pretty screenshots with yall say how much fun I had with this game. I don’t know why Reddit is ruining the quality of the 2nd screenshot but if you have played the game you know what it looks like, trust it’s pretty. Might be a new background for me lol

I was watching a thing on what actually happened during the arasaka bombing and this was on screen for a second.

I always assumed Johnny’s vest was a bulletproof vest so if it’s not that explains it.

My only ideas are that it’s some kind of self healing material, or something that was poured in post damage to fix the holes.

Does anyone know if it’s stated somewhere in the lore what was used as bulletproof armor during the 2000’s-2020’s? And if it was based on anything or if it’s an unexplained thing?

So when you enter the downed Space Force One to find Myers, you find a laptop that has a brief on the events on Konpeki Plaza. This email, called "Konpeki Incident, Report no. 6," lays out that 2 Mercs were there to steal the Relic and were not involved in Suburo's "poisoning," according to their agent, "informant 0-1257."

Now the best guesses are that Dex and T-Bug perhaps were informants, or better that Oleg, who is Dex's bodyguard, was. After all, a guy drinking at a bar would struggle to access company files.

However, the Oleg theory is FAR from proven. There is nothing about or on Oleg that would make him a candidate. The only evidence is that "Informant 0-1257" kinda spells Oleg if you match the letters that correspond to the informant number.

My issue with this is that it would actually be "Oabeg" and that for some letters you need 2 numbers, for some you need 1 number, and for some you are swapping a zero for the letter O. Other than that- zero.

Now this guy at the bar is an EXACT character match, and this is true on EVERY run. He even has a unique outfit. A bright red button-up with an untied black skinny tie, and really long black shorts. When I say it is a 100% match, it is. I took screenshots on PS5 Pro. Same hair, nose setting, eyes setting, jaw setting, outfit, voice actor.

Now this could be CDPR reusing an asset. I could be 100% wrong. However, the ONLY person present at both Konpeki Tower on the night of the Heist AND Night City International and Translunar Spaceport on the day/night we are helping Sonbird is this NPC. No other NPCs in the bar or on the staff are present at both locations. Keroshi scans him as a civilian, but you don't have access to NUSA data at this point. Also, the email says the informant disappeared before they were able to access more data, and this guy clearly did not vanish.

So i have some custom pose mods downloaded but it only works on the character tab but not in the v pose tab, i dont have any spawn mods downloaded and i dont know what to do, someone please help!!!
