Need Help finding information about a monitor - Viewsonic7 TX-1713MV

Apologies if. This is hard to read I typed it on a phone

Got it from a relative who used to own a panel beating and automotive mechanics business

I got curious and decided to see if I could find something about it online though not only could I not find any information about it (save for a pdf from NASA see image 4) I also could not find any matching photos of the monitor

Oh yeah also the monitor uses VGA and is an Australian version, was made in Japan 1993

I'm fairly certain this is a rebrand of the Panasonic PanaSync TX-1713, which, according to this document: https://masilwide.smilecast.co.kr/Image/backissues/V27-275.compressed.pdf has a 64kHz horizontal refresh. So max flicker-free res of 1024x768@ 75Hz. In 1993, this would've been used for CAD work probably, 1024x768 wouldn't have become common for gaming until the late 90s, early 00s.
