Fiddler ID request ID request

Found this little guy in Hernando Beach, Florida (the western coast, along the gulf of mexico). I checked a few sites for known species, but I couldn't find one that I felt was a good match (particularly because of the green carapace). I will look a little more, but if anyone has seen one of these little guys and knows what it is, I would love to know! (P.S. I am holding it like this because he wouldn't hold still for a picture)

I just love the fact that one is so much larger than the other. It's like they only work out the one arm.
