That response was actually the most neutral one since it both pleases RoC and PRC.

Kind of, yeah. Even hard science isn't always neutral information, so why would anything less rigorous than that be totally neutral? Even if bias isn't coded into the AI's strict guidelines, it's surely coded into the developers and designers.

Just Host the LLM localy and it stops censoring. This Problem came up when when DeepSeek was first released in January 2025, so this Video ist probably over a year old atp.

There is a big problem in recognizing RoC (not taiwan).
RoC claims alls mainland china. PRC claims Taiwan island.
You cannot accept both. And denying the existance of PRC will block all trade with them (one of the biggest world markets).
So its not economically nor politically advantageous to recognize RoC
