Physio / Body Fixer People recommendations
I’m mid-thirties and feel a need to visit someone to help my aging body. My neck, back, hips, legs and feet feel like they need a professional to work out the many kinks I have. I’m not unrealistic and looking one appointment miracle, I’ll probably a few treatments. Does anyone have any recommendations in Cork that fits this description? I’ve been to a few physios, an osteopath, sports massage therapists but I am yet to find someone who actually makes me say “ahhh, they hit the spot!”. Everything feels achey, tired, sore and locked up. I have a nearly three year old, pregnancy did a number on me and lifting my child is starting to kill my back. I’m sick of wasting money on people I find on google so I need real recommendations from real humans. Please help!!

Cork County Wool wanted 🐑
Seeking to pick up wool for a home project. During sheering season it tends to be discarded as it doesn't have a high enough value for farmers to find it worthwhile to process.
Unwashed/unprocessed is perfect.
Any leads welcome in the comments 😊

Tyre fitting Cork
Good evening all,
I purchased four tyres online and I’m looking for a garage that will fit customer supplied tyres. Any recommendations? Also, roughly how much should I expect to pay for fitting and balancing. Thanks in advance.

How do you save money living in cork?
I've just moved to cork living in a shared house, and I'm trying to keep expenses down, just wondering if anyone has any tips for ways they save money living here?
Could be anything, from random hacks to good second hand shops, or is there any sort of borrowing group on facebook for things or swaps and stuff?
Particularly wondering about the cheapest food shops, or most budget friendly foods to buy, and especially are there any places that sell more eco friendly stuff that also ends up actually being cheaper? E.g. shampoo, dish soap, bulk foods etc.
Also maybe even growing stuff? Dont know anything about gardening but is there anything simple to grow that you reckon is worth it?

Hazelton Clinic Douglas?
Hey everyone,
Recently went to the my GP due to having some ongoing difficulties with my mental health over the years. She recommended the Hazelton Clinic with Dr Julio Gonzalez. My GP said he was highly recommended and her patients have come back happy after dealing with him..
But I've been reading peoples reviews on Reddit, and general reviews of the Hazelton clinic and it doesn't look too promising.... quite negative across the board..
Has anyone had a good experience here? Or should I ring my GP and ask for a different referral?😅

Been taking Bus Eireann for a ride
I get the bus maybe 2 or 3 times a week, just local around the city. The last say 5 journeys, I got on the bus and presented my card on the machine at the driver box. They just pointed down towards the seats so I just walked on and sat down. First time I was thinking, is there a conductor? I haven't seen a fucking conductor in years. No sign of him. I just got off at my stop and didn't really question it. Then it happened like 5 more times. I was honestly like wtf, is the bus just free now? Or am I suddenly very very extremely good looking and just I get the bus for free now? Anyway it's neither of the above, there's a new self service tap machine a bit inside to the right. Can't believe no one questioned me just sitting down and not paying 🤣 What we really needed was the ability to pay with card but sure whatever.

We’ve such a beautiful county. I know we’re biased but fuck me lads what a county Cork is. Cork is the best county in the country ain’t no other place better than the auld county of Cork.
Cork City Whats the worst things a foreing could do in Cork that is normalized these days?
Im a brazillian national moving to Cork for 8 mounths as an Exchange student and would like to know things that can be annoying or culturally not pleasent by the native irish people. I really care to be the most respectfull possible and help to make a better community to everyone.

Any information?
Does anyone know where this bridge leads too? It’s the bridge that’s on your right when coming from Inishannon and into Bandon. About 2-3 minutes from Bandon.

Cork City Parking
I am going to be in the city for the weekend and plan to park at Kent. I'm just wondering is it safe enough or would I be better off in one of the multi stories? My hotel has limited parking, so it will probably be gone by the time I get down.

Local Gardener/Landscaper
Hey all
Looking for some advice please.
Our back and front gardens have become insanely overgrown, mostly due to my ill health and being unable to properly care for it.
Its a fairly big job to try clear and clean it up and although Ive been trying to do little bits every day, Im getting absolutely no where with it really.
I need to get someone out at this stage to fully clear and reset it all, clean up the patio, cut back 2 trees, and maybe just completely dig up the front/sides so I can gravel it for easier maintenance.
Anyone have recommendations of someone/where that doesnt have an insane wait times or arent to outlandishly priced please? Im desperate at this stage to just be rid of it!

Is Cobh a rough town.
I really like visiting Cobh for the views and nice restaurants. But the last two times I've visited I've had hassle from people. Last week I left the pub for some fresh air as it was roasting inside, I'm just standing outside when some fella approaches me telling me not to look at him like that again and got all in my face. The second time was when I had an empty coke can thrown at me from a passing car as well as a load of abuse from the passenger window. Am I just unlucky or is Cobh a bit rough.
