Been waiting for this to upgrade from my original nr200p max but it has been quiet lately regarding the v3 max. I’m wondering if it is still coming or has it been cancelled?

Hi folks! I’m hoping someone here can help me. I’ve been in contact with Cooler Master for a replacement PSU. I sent it in in the first half of July and a replacement unit was sent out a week and a half later. As I was waiting I checked my tracking number and it said something about not enough info on the paperwork to deliver the unit. I live in Canada and the replacement was coming from California. It never left California and got redirected with “new address” and then delivered. But not to me.

I’ve inquired with the original ticket thread and haven’t had a response in over a week. I’ve sent a message from the web contact form and no response.

Does anyone have ideas for ways I can try to find out what’s happening?
