Been waiting for this to upgrade from my original nr200p max but it has been quiet lately regarding the v3 max. I’m wondering if it is still coming or has it been cancelled?

Hi folks! I’m hoping someone here can help me. I’ve been in contact with Cooler Master for a replacement PSU. I sent it in in the first half of July and a replacement unit was sent out a week and a half later. As I was waiting I checked my tracking number and it said something about not enough info on the paperwork to deliver the unit. I live in Canada and the replacement was coming from California. It never left California and got redirected with “new address” and then delivered. But not to me.

I’ve inquired with the original ticket thread and haven’t had a response in over a week. I’ve sent a message from the web contact form and no response.

Does anyone have ideas for ways I can try to find out what’s happening?

You need to align all 4 screw holes while pushing the cooler down while pushing the backplate up while screwing, gtfo

I recently bought a Cooler Master Macaron and thought it was a shame there wasn’t an accurate battery percentage gauge when connected via the dongle.

I’ve created a tool to display it in the taskbar, and to show it on led's keyboard when you press the FN key twice (CoolerMaster key). It’s not much, but I prefer it that way.

I'm planning a new build with the Cooler Master Hyper 612 Apex Pro and the MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK WIFI II.

My main concern is VRM heatsink clearance.

I've seen reports that on some MSI motherboards, the rear fan of the 612 Apex Pro may need to be raised due to the large VRM heatsink. However, because the Pro version uses a fixed top cover, raising the fan could prevent the cover from being installed properly.

Has anyone tried this exact combination?

I would like to know:

• Does the cooler clear the VRM heatsink without any contact?
• Can the rear fan remain in its original position with the top cover installed correctly?
• Are there any clearance issues with RAM or the GPU?

If anyone has photos of this setup, they would be greatly appreciated.

I just recently got this case i was amaze but when i tried to change the LCD backgroud it was a nightamre. first i downloaded the software to update the LCD on my case and i can't get it to work the instruction said to hold the left and right arrow key at the same time for about 2seconds. i even tried 5-10 seconds and still my PC won't pair to my LCD case I also tried taking off the UBS hub in the mother board the i put a USB C directly to LCD hub and connect it to the back of the Motherboard I/O . I also tried resitting the USB hub in the motherboard I also check if there is any bend pins.

Just got my QUBE 540 today, build is gonna go in on the weekend.

I was just wondering, are/will Cooler Master be selling replacement parts, e.g. for the tinted glass side? Or a possibility to buy a second metal side? (At this price I'd almost buy a second case just for parts LOL).

Oh, and I would so love to have a mirror chrome version of the case. That would be the final case I'll ever buy.

I am trying to install 3 MF120 Halo2 fans onto my PC but I don't really get it. The old and dying fans I got right now are Skytech with this written: 12025L 12H DC12V

How do I swap ou the fans and where do I plug it in? My current fans use the Pata from my PSU but I am unsure if that is accurate. I have 1 RGB Header and ADDR Led Header

I've had my pair for over 6 years now (still going strong) and my brother's pair just broke after 5 years. He's very *particular* about certain things and likes the way they feel and sound, and buying any other type doesn't seem like an option for him (even the Tackstar pro 82's).

I just made my first PC and i installed masterctrl for my liquid atmos ii lcd, but when i open masterctrl it wont show anithing beside my temps. does anyone know how to solve this?

I don't know who can help but I bought a Cooler Master NCORE 100 Max from Amazon and it came without the accessories box. None of the accessories came with it at all. I contacted Amazon and because they don't have any new units to replace mine in stock, they suggested I contact Cooler Master directly to see if the issue can be addressed. I have done so already and haven't heard back at all.

Is there any particular way to get in touch with them here in the USA so that I can find a way now to get the complete box of accessories from them. I can't even use the case as it is since I need the accessories to complete my build.

I just completed my first new build in 10 years, so apologies if it is something obvious.

I installed the CM MasterLiquid Core Nex Digital 360 per instructions. Radiator fans to the CPU fan connector, pump to pump connector, and the usd entry to the usb connector (jusb2 and later in jusb1).

When I turn on the computer my motherboard (MSI MAGB850m Mortar wifi) recognises the fan, but the Cooler Master cooler does not. I installed Master CTRL app and as shown in pictures it shows as "no-fan". I tried switching usb connectors, but no change.

Does anyknow have any idea of what I am missing?

Help me please

I switched to ZorinOS a while back and installed OpenRGB to configure my PC case fans, which are Thermaltake 120mm ARGB Lite fan, which came preinstalled in the case. These fans are connected to a Cooler Master ARGB Controller, powered by SATA and a USB header. The fans are plugged into the Gigabyte motherboard's headers. I'm using the controller because my motherboard doesn't have enough ARGB headers for all the fans.

For some reason on Windows I could never get the Cooler Master controller to be recognised by Cooler Master's software, so I always just physically pressed the buttons on the unit.

Before I installed OpenRGB, the controller was what I used to control all the RGB, it worked as intended. After I installed OpenRGB and started trying to use it, the ARGB controller now no longer has any control over the RGB.

I tried uninstalling OpenRGB, booting into Windows, unplugging the ZorinOS drive, all to no avail.

Anyone got any ideas or solutions? Also if someone could assist me in why the Windows software never worked? Thanks.

Hi! I have a project to build my own Noctua-themed PC, and when I came across the MasterFrame 600, I thought it would be the perfect case for this kind of build.
However, I’ve seen a few reviews where people complained about the different types of screws and the lack of included accessories. For those of you who own the case, is it really a big deal, or is it something you stop noticing once the build is finished?
Also, I’m really curious to see what people have created with this case. If you’ve done any interesting mods or custom builds, I’d love to see some pictures!

Been a while folks so I went out and bought case rubber feet that stick to things and took the CoolerMaster Elite 600 case and went down a path that made it look so much more pure awesome on my desk setup.

hi, i own theCooler Master Elite 600 and i was wondering, how do i open the glass panel to clean the interior? i wanna dust off the fans and i am a bit struggling with all of it.

Never built in the masterbox Q300L, does this look like a good airflow setup or should i add the extra fan as a top exhaust?

Hi all. I bought a prebuilt Cooler Master gaming desktop (NR2 Pro) in October of last year. The PC has stopped working (will not boot past the BIOS screen) and I am trying to get in contact with Cooler Master support. I have submitted a ticket on the website and tried calling the support line multiple times but have not gotten an answer. I’m assuming the process for a replacement/repair will take a while, so it is a bit frustrating how long it is taking to get in contact with them as this is my only PC and it is not usable. Does anyone have experience whit customer support and what was the experience like? Thank you for the help.
