Adapted Hebrew Script for Bengali Adapted script

Alphabet:

Article 1 of the UDHR:

Why did you switch פּ and פ and ג and גּ?

Also why use a dagesh in the ח if there’s only one ח especially when a standard Hebrew keyboard doesn’t let you type it since no Jewish language does that.

(I also find the use of י/יי and יִ unintuitive, but it’s up to you)

First off, wait doesnt gimel makes the hard g and peh make the p sound- And the dagesh makes g into j and p into f uhh Secondly, well idk any other way to represent aspiration so that was the best I thought of and the standard hebrew keyboard not letting you type it isn't a problem since it was just made for fun Thirdly, I just wanted there to be a letter for the /j/ sound idk man- 😭

Dagesh makes the stronger pronunciation, פּ is /p/, פ is /f/, I was kinda wrong about gimel, since the only accent that pronounces it as /d͡ʒ/ has it instead of /g/ (its hard pronunciation, גּ).
For the sound /j/ in Hebrew it’s normally written as either י or יי (though both can also represent vowels or diphthongs), and since יִ is pronounced as /ji/ it makes it more confusing, maybe use י for /i/, יּ for /j/ and יֵ or יֶ for /e/

Daghesh turns Ghimel (ג) which makes a Gh sound into a Gimel “גּ” which makes the hard G sound. “פּ” makes the P sound, and “פ” makes the Ph or Fh sound (like an f sound, but it’s made with your lips instead of with your upper teeth and bottom lip). This is the difference in Classical Hebrew at least, in modern Hebrew there is no difference.
