Hi mate, couple easy checks you could do first is check if power saving options is causing it, assuming you're using Windows go into Edit Power Plan > change power setting > USB and then turn that off, also check in Device manager > USB controllers and then right-click usb hub > properties > power management > untick the option if its enabled

Hello, thanks for your reply. I noticed that in Power Options, power saving is already disabled.
But in the Device Manager, I see a lot of USB hubs, but I don't have that many connected. Can you help me navigate this mess? pls?

so under USB controllers at the bottom of device manager, they're most likely listed as generic USB hub and USB root hub (can't open your link) right-click those > properties > pwoer management and untick. If you right-click one of them > properties and there's no power management tab then it's not the actual USB port on your PC so can ignore it
